With arrival of the monsoon season, you can expect temperatures in June to fall slightly and for rainfall to increase.  The rain arrives in short bursts and will increase in intensity as July nears. The exception is the central planes region which remains hot and dry. The southern beaches still have some decent weather but there is considerably more rain than in May plan some non-beach activities.

Even though the rainfall has increased, the slightly cooler temperatures can make June a nice time to visit Myanmar. That being said, the coast tends to become less accessible as many hotels close for monsoon season.
