The monsoons have died down and the dryer weather brings the average temperatures down to between 23°C (72°F) and 31°C (89°F). The highlands and eastern foothills start to see chilly evenings and a sweater is needed for the cool nights. The beaches along the southern and eastern coasts are now fully open and have not shortage of sunshine and warm temperatures.

November is even better than October. The number of tourists is still low and the weather throughout the country is enjoyable.
