November brings the dry season back to Laos with minimal chances of rain is minimal for the next five months. Days are typically warm and sunny with blue skies throughout the country. 

In November, you can expect pleasant temperatures, with average of around 23°C in Vientiane and Luang Prabang, and 26°C in Pakse and the 4000 Islands. 

If you intend to travel to the north of the country during this period, dry days and comfortable temperatures (around 17°C) make November an ideal month for trekking in Luang Namtha, Muang La and Phongsali.
